Speed exposes weaknesses that do not exist at lower pace. Sensor spacing, board rigidity, tyre behaviour and control timing become one coupled system.

Iteration is measurement

Each HLR generation starts with evidence from the previous one. Track logs and competition failures determine what changes. That discipline matters more than adding features: improve the limiting factor, validate it and repeat.
